Investment Agreement Direct Investment in a Specific Project or Subsidiary
The second model allows investors to participate through a dedicated investment agreement, targeting a specific project or subsidiary within the INTERMERCATUS Group.

- gain direct influence over the development of a specific project,
- hold equity in the entity responsible for that project,
- participate strategically, advisory-wise, or operationally (depending on agreed terms),
